3. AI Processing and Model Training

3.1 Use of AI Providers

Nvestiv uses enterprise-grade AI inference APIs provided by third-party vendors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. Customer Content may be transmitted to these providers solely to generate outputs requested by the user.

3.2 No Training on Customer Content

Nvestiv does not:

  • Use Customer Content to train or fine-tune any machine learning or AI models
  • Permit AI providers to use Customer Content for model training
  • Build internal models trained on Customer Content
  • Use uploaded files, CRM data, deal documents, investor information, or DataRoom materials for training

All processing of Customer Content is limited to delivering the Services requested by the Customer.

3.3 Use of Behavioral Data

Nvestiv may use aggregated or anonymized Behavioral Data (prompts, clicks, interaction patterns, usage analytics) to:

  • Improve product performance
  • Understand user behavior
  • Enhance reliability and user experience
  • Develop new features
  • Maintain security and quality

Behavioral Data does not include the contents of Customer Content and cannot be used to reconstruct sensitive materials.

3.4 Ownership

  • Customer retains ownership of all Customer Content.
  • Nvestiv retains ownership of aggregated, anonymized Behavioral Data.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Authentication and session management
  • Preference retention
  • Analytics and performance optimization
  • Platform security

Users may control cookies through browser settings or our Cookie Preferences tool.

5. Sharing of Personal Information
